Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Scribli.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24–36 hours of purchase, excluding weekends, public holidays, and any exceptional busy periods.
Once your order has been dispatched, it will be sent using an Evri 2-day delivery service.
Delivery Times
We aim for your order to arrive within 2 working days from dispatch. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or high-demand periods.
Insurance and Delivery Protection
All items are sent fully insured for added peace of mind.
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, or if there is any issue with delivery, please contact Pauline at pauline@scribli.co.uk as soon as possible so we can investigate and support you.
Delivery Information
Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Scribli cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
An email address or phone number may be used at checkout so that you can receive delivery updates directly from the courier.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact Scribli before your item has been dispatched. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will action your cancellation request and process your refund.
Please note that orders placed after 2pm will be processed on the next working day.
Dispatch Confirmation
You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Where available, tracking details will also be provided so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at pauline@scribli.co.uk.
We may ask for additional information to help us investigate with the courier, including:
- your order number
- confirmation of your delivery address
- photographs of any damage to the parcel or contents
We will always do our best to resolve delivery issues promptly and fairly.
Working Days
For the purpose of this policy, working days means Monday to Friday and excludes weekends and public holidays.
